Spice Lover's Wine Jelly

Black Pepper & Garlic Chablis Five Spice Chablis
Lemon Pepper Chardonnay Red Pepper Chardonnay

The Spice Lover's collection is the perfect combination of jellies for people who love to cook. All the jellies enjoy a versatility that goes with red meats, pork, poultry and seafood as well as with cream cheese for an appetizer. They are definitely an ideal gift for the "cooks" in your circle.

Black Pepper & Garlic Chablis... this is a must for anyone who enjoys cooking. It is extremely adaptable as a marinade for "red meats, pork, poultry or seafood." You can also use this one when cooking burgers by mixing it in with the meat or as a relish spread after cooking. Mixed with cream cheese it makes an excellent appetizer or stuffing for chicken breasts. We have also stuffed zucchini blossoms and then dipped them in tempura batter and fried them. Rich and tasty!!!

Five Spice Chablis... is made with a blend of spices commonly referred to as Chinese Five Spice. It makes this one a truly unique jelly that you can use on a chicken breast or over vanilla ice cream for dessert. We have tried it on everything from grilled vegetables to toast and it's terrific.

Lemon Pepper Chardonnay... is another "cook's favorite." Mix it with some sour cream or plain yogurt to make a sauce for the ABC's: Asparagus, Baked potatoes, Cauliflower, etc. It's also great as a sauce for salmon. Just add a little Dijon mustard and some capers to the mix. Or spread it directly onto a salmon steak prior to grilling or baking. Mixed with cream cheese it's another excellent appetizer dip. The most surprising thing, however, is this jelly mixed with cream cheese and served with fresh strawberries. Do not laugh until you have tried it. It's phenomenal.

Red Pepper Chardonnay... is a perennial favorite. Try mixing a little with soy sauce and then quick frying vegetables. It makes a wonderful hot/sweet combination. Also try it as a dipping sauce for spring rolls or additive to store bought barbecue sauce. A little on your scrambled eggs is another treat. And if you're in a rush for an appetizer, simply pour over a brick of cream cheese and serve with crackers.

Spicy Gourmet Taste... To Die For!!!
